Baked chicken breast stuffed with fresh spinach, feta cheese, and
mushrooms in a lemon wine sauce. Served with rice.
VEGETABLE BRIAMI
A vegetarian dish. An array of fresh braised vegetables and potatoes.
GARLIC CHICKEN
Baked half chicken with fresh spices, lemon, garlic and wine.
Served with chef's fresh basil mashed potato.
MEDITERRANEAN MEAT BALLS
Athens bistro style with fresh herbs. Served with a natural tomato
sauce over angel hair pasta.
ROSEMARY CHICKEN
Baked chicken marinated with fresh rosemary, garlic and wine.
Served with your choice of vegetable, potato, or rice.
BRAISED LAMB (KOKINISTO)
Baby lamb braised with a natural tomato sauce. Served with one
of the following: Rosa Marina pasta or chef's fresh spinach rice,

Lamb loin baked with fresh herbs, garlic, tomatoes and wine.
Served with oven roasted potatoes.
STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS AND TOMATOES
Whole tomatoes and peppers filled with seasoned ground beef and
rice. Baked in natural sauce with potatoes.
LEMON CHICKEN
Chicken breast sautéed with fresh mushrooms, capers, lemon juice
and wine. Served over angel hair pasta.
LAMB WITH ARTICHOKES
Baby lamb braised with fresh artichokes, carrots and potatoes in a
natural lemon cream sauce.
VEAL LEMONATO
Sautéed veal medallions with fresh mushrooms, tomato, artichokes,
lemon and wine. Served over angel hair pasta.
SHRIMP TOURKOLIMANO
Athens bistro style. Jumbo shrimp baked with fresh herbs, garlic,
tomato and feta cheese. Your choice of side dish.
LAMB LOIN LEMONATO
Baked lamb with fresh herbs, garlic, spices, wine, and fresh lemon
juice. Served with oven roasted potatoes.

Roasted boneless lamb stuffed with fresh spinach and Kefalotiri
